Horizontal Machining Center

The machine tool adopts a floor-type structure with an X-axis moving column, surrounded by guideways on three sides. It's an ideal tool for heavy cutting and heavy loading. The standard configuration includes a 22KW motor with high torque and high speed. The Z-axis square ram can extend up to 850mm, which is suitable for roughing in industries such as construction machinery, shipbuilding, aerospace, automobile, wind power, machine tools, automobile molds, and household appliance molds.

Machine base

The X-axis guide rail adopts a heavy-duty guide rail with a span of 1463mm, and the overall base casting has a large span to ensure the stability of heavy cutting and heavy-load processing.
Column

The Y-axis guide rail is designed with guide rails on the front and rear sides of the column, forming a three-sided guide rail structure with strong stability.
Head

The Z-axis guide rail is a hard rail surrounded by an integral square box, ensuring small smooth movement of the transmission components during heavy cutting and efficient operation for a long time.
Spindle unit

The spindle adopts imported large-diameter angular contact bearings, which can withstand high-torque cutting force during heavy cutting. The frequency analysis of the spindle box has been carried out by ANSYS software, and the vibration of the machine has been reduced at the design. A large torque of 22KW is adopted.
